Users of ClipMachine.AI are required to pay a monthly fee for the usage of the platform. The fee amount and payment details will be specified during the registration process or as communicated to the user separately.
Users may cancel their subscription to ClipMachine.AI at any time. Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month. Requests for cancellation can be made through the user's account settings or by contacting our customer support.
Users are strictly prohibited from using ClipMachine.AI to analyze, produce clips, or process any pornographic or explicit adult content. RandomSocial LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts found in violation of this policy.
Users who submit videos to ClipMachine.AI represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions to redistribute and repurpose the content. RandomSocial LLC assumes no responsibility for users who do not have the proper rights or permissions for the content they submit.
RandomSocial LLC is not responsible for any issues or errors that may occur during the import or export process of videos or clips. Users acknowledge that the import and export functionalities are provided on an "as-is" basis and use them at their own risk.
RandomSocial LLC does not repurpose or profit from the content submitted by users. The analysis performed by ClipMachine.AI is solely for the user's benefit, and RandomSocial LLC does not claim any ownership or rights over the user's content.
RandomSocial LLC, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of ClipMachine.AI. Users agree to indemnify and hold RandomSocial LLC harmless from any claims or liabilities related to their use of the platform.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Massachusetts, United States.
